I can help organise the essentials, set up access to your accounts and check that you can open your email, find your files and print a document. If you are replacing an older computer, we can discuss which files to move and whether your existing programs are compatible. Keep your old device until you’ve checked that everything important is available on the new computer.

Get your home technology working together

There may be Wi-Fi connections, accounts, updates and settings to work through before a new device does what you need. Tell me its make and model and what you’d like it to do so I can confirm the help available. This service covers device setup and connections; electrical installation and appliance repairs are outside its scope.

Yes. We can go through the everyday tasks you want to do and give you time to try them yourself. If you’d like more guidance, ask about computer and software lessons.
