Find the cause before buying new equipment

An internet connection problem and a Wi-Fi coverage problem can feel very similar. I check how the connection behaves around your home and whether the issue affects one device or several. That helps determine whether the problem relates to your equipment, wireless coverage, a particular device or something your internet provider needs to investigate.

What can be improved during an onsite visit?

Depending on what I find, I can adjust router placement and settings, check connections, reconnect affected devices and test performance where you use them. If your equipment isn’t suitable for your home, I can explain whether a router upgrade, mesh system or another approach makes sense.

Do I need a Wi-Fi upgrade?

Not always. Existing equipment may perform better with changes to its setup or location. If an upgrade is worth considering, I’ll explain what problem it is intended to solve.
